Global Capabilities: Due to IM OK carrier independence and advanced server based cellular network
communication it will run on ANY cellular network globally.

Device Independence: The Initial supported Smartphone platform is iPhone and Anroid devices. The Blackberry
platform will be available soon after. Since over 95% of the processing for RU OK is network/server based, we
can provide superior portability to many Smartphone platforms.

Automated Login: IM OK knows who you are based on the unique identification of your Smartphone and
automatically logs you in during an alert or emergency situation to speed results.

Guaranteed Alert Transmission: Utilizing patent pending guaranteed delivery protocol, RU OK alerts are
guaranteed to get delivered even when you cannot make a phone call or send a SMS message due to network
traffic.

Dynamic Tracking: Immediately when Alert or Emergency button is selected, the users location via mapping
software is automatically transmitted to a central server and multi-cast to the users' personal security network.

This location is archived in a secured database. The users' location is then automatically updated and stored and
time-stamped every 30 seconds (user defined), with updates also multi-cast to their personal security network –
user's Smartphones and/or web browsers. A "bread crumb" trail is created and stored of the Alert persons
every movement during an Alert or Emergency situation with no interaction.

o Alert Location: A touch of the Alert person's icon from the map on a Smartphone or the web browser
provides the GPS generated address of the Alert person.
A touch of the responders icon identifies the distance to the person initiating the Alert. Pan and Zoom functions on the map allow persons to easily identify the location of Alert person and other relationship's icons responding to the Alert.

o Landscape Mode: The app is capable of utilizing the landscape map mode to easier pan and zoom on
phone platforms that support this feature.

Browser Based Configuration: Users control their personal security network in a easy to use browser based
interface for fast and easy setup and management.

Multi-Cast Collaboration: IM OK uses patent pending XML push-stream technology to simultaneously, in realtime, guarantee delivery of messages among a user-defined set of personal security contacts. Messages include
coordinate updates, status, and 'chat.' Everyone can see and contribute to this real-time stream to
collaboratively provide assistance to resolve a user's issue, comforting the user that help is on the way.

Alert Notifications: Alert notifications are queued in the order received on the Smartphone. You can also
receive multiple alerts simultaneously and elect to change from one alert to another, or send it to your queue
for later review. The Alert Sessions are stored for a user defined number of days before auto-deletion.

Browser Console: IM OK was engineered to be deployed as a centrally or distributed monitored personal
security application. No software needed here – just a browser required for this network based SAS solution for
24x7 monitoring stations.

Situational Sentiments: Users can control the capability to turn on and off their desire to receive incoming calls
during Alert or Emergency situations – notifying their monitoring network in real-time of the nature of the
duress situation.

o The IM OK app can be closed for further discreetness. The IM OK app runs in the background
continually updating the person's security network of their location and continued Alert.
 Police/Fire: The touch of a button from the web browser or Smartphone provides responders with the phone
number and address of the nearest responding Police and Fire departments.

Dynamic Calling: During an Alert or Emergency situation you can simply press the 'Call' button in the IM OK
application to call the person in distress – no fumbling with address books or look-ups with IM OK. Keyless
dialing is also automated in the IM OK Browser console – which automatically calls the person monitoring the
Alert (i.e. Security Personnel) and the person in distress - and connects the two together.

Secure: All IM OK chat/ location transmissions are delivered via TLS cryptographic encryption for secure delivery.  Private Labeling/Branding: IM OK was designed to be quickly and easily branded for partner/corporate
